Processing Time
Orders ship in 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

Where We Ship
Currently, we ship to Canada and the United States.

 

Shipping Costs
Nobody likes paying for shipping, so it’s free on all orders!

 

Tracking Your Order
All packages include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

 

Delivery Estimates
Delivery generally takes 7–10 business days. Delays can occur due to weather, peak periods, or service disruptions.

 

Duties & Taxes
No duties, customs fees, or import taxes will be charged.

 

Changing or Cancelling Your Order
Changes or cancellations are only possible before your order is processed. Email tropelabs@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once shipped, we cannot change or cancel the order.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows no movement for 12 business days, email tropelabs@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information. We will review options and help start a carrier investigation if applicable.

 

Delivered but Not Received
Check around the delivery location, with neighbors or building management, and confirm your address. Contact the carrier with your tracking number, and we’ll assist where possible. Carrier scan status may determine the outcome.
