Refund policy
We do accept returns or exchanges, but please review the size and style guide carefully before purchasing to ensure your ideal fit. Items that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect will be processed as quickly as possible.
If there’s an issue with your order, contact us so we can review it with you and go over options.
Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- Your item is defective
- Your item arrived damaged
- You received the wrong item

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos (including packaging photos if there is transit damage)
We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right. Resolution options may include a replacement (if available), partial refund, or full refund, depending on the situation and inventory availability.
Return Shipping
If we determine a return is required, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
Refunds (When Approved)
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
